The Department of Pharmaceutics, NGSM Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Mangaluru is pleased to announce the Drug Delivery Symposium (DDS 2023) scheduled on April 12-13, 2023 to be held at Avishkar Hall, ABSMIDS, Nitte (Deemed to be University), Mangaluru, Karnataka.
The symposium will host a number of senior-level experts from the pharmaceutical industry and academia to deliberate on recent developments and innovative technologies in the industry with respect to product development and drug delivery.
The scientific program will feature invited lectures, plenary lectures, and paper presentations. The accepted papers will be considered for poster presentations. The best papers in selected categories will be presented with awards.

About Drug Delivery Symposium 2023
In the past two decades, there has been an evolution in the development of drug delivery systems and their technology, involving a collaboration of various fields, i.e., biology, chemistry, engineering, and pharmaceutics. Newer technologies have enabled the development of many pharmaceutical products that improve patient health by enhancing the delivery of a therapeutic to its target site and facilitating patient compliance. Pharmaceutical industries carefully choose their investments in technology innovation as the need for increased productivity and efficiency in drug and biomedical R&D intensified. A highly competitive globalized market, rapid technological changes, and short product lifecycles have made new product development an important strategy for companies.
The Drug Delivery Symposium (DDS) 2023 offers a unique opportunity for interaction and networking among attendees from academia and the pharmaceutical industry.
